Registration
- Accepted on a first come, first served basis up to 21 days prior to a field trip
- Program staff will call to confirm your request and scheduling details
- To request a field trip, complete the Request Form
Payment policy
- One invoice will be sent to the billing address at time of registration
- Field trips may be cancelled by Dakota County due to late payment.
Confirming your field trip
- You will receive a confirmation letter by mail or email.
- Dakota County School Field Trips are held rain or shine, safety permitting.
Cancellation policy
- If you decide to cancel your field trip, contact Dakota County Parks as soon as possible at 952-891-7000
- Groups cancelling more than 21 days prior to the scheduled field trip date will be charged a $50 processing fee
- Groups cancelling 21 days or less prior to the scheduled date will be charged the full program fee
- Field trips cancelled by Dakota County are fully refunded
Rescheduling policy
- Rescheduling a field trip is allowed up to 21 days prior to the original field trip date if another date for that field trip is available
- A $50 processing fee will be charged in addition to the field trip fee
