Cross Country Skiing and Ski Skating

Miles of groomed, dual-tracked, cross-country ski and packed ski skating trails provide opportunities for you to explore Dakota County parks during the beautiful winter season. The ski trails in Lebanon Hills Regional Park were voted “Best Place to Cross-country Ski” in 2004.

Our Environmental and Outdoor Education Program periodically offers cross-country ski touring lessons during the winter months.

Ski touring equipment is available to rent at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center in Lebanon Hills Regional Park.

Buy a Cross-Country Ski Pass
A Dakota County Cross-Country Ski Pass is required for all skiers ages 18 and older. Lone Rock Trail in UMore Park does not require a ski pass. Daily and season passes are available.
