The Guthrie Theater, Eagan Art House, Leonardo’s Basement, and the ArtStart Scrapmobile are just a handful of the groups providing fun and exciting programs at Dakota County libraries this summer. These programs are funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund. There are programs for children, teens and adults to enjoy. All programs are free.
