Get money smart—at the library
You’re never too young or too old to learn more about personal finance and Dakota County Library is ready to help. The Know Your Money program series begins in June and runs through March 2013. The series will include topics from spending and savings concepts in childhood to more advanced subjects like budgeting, retirement planning, credit and financial protection. Find out more.

Rhythm & Words is a day filled with family-friendly bands, authors, workshops and more. On Saturday, June 9, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Dakota County Library will host the free event at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center. Find out more.

Pull into the station
Early Literacy Station computers allow parents and kids (age 2–8) to play games and try challenging puzzles to build literacy. Find them in the children’s area of any Dakota County Library or ask at the Information Desk.
