County Ordinance 125 (1999) - Tobacco
This ordinance relates to the sale, possession and use of tobacco, tobacco products and tobacco related devices in Dakota County. It's intent is to reduce the illegal sale, possession, and use of such items among minors. The ordinance also addresses hearings, appeals, penalties, and defenses related to violations.
