County Ordinance 50 (2011) - Shoreland and Floodplain Management
The ordinance provides for the use and development of shorelands of public waters, including regulation of subdivisions, use and development of shorelands, preservation and enhancement of surface waters, protecting “Scenic River” designated waters, and elimination of non-conforming uses. Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps adopted in 2011 are available by calling 952.891.7024.
