County Ordinance 126 (2001) - Right-of-Way

The ordinance regulates right-of-way permits, especially with regard to the placement and maintenance of facilities and equipment currently within its right-of-way or to be placed there at some future time. Under this ordinance, persons excavating and obstructing the right-of-way will bear financial responsibility for their work.
