Man Pleads Guilty to Criminal Vehicular Homicide in Hennepin County
| [September 20, 1011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Yeng Vue, age 21 of Minneapolis, pled guilty today in Hennepin County District Court to two counts of Criminal Vehicular Homicide in connection with a crash that occurred on March 5, 2011 in Brooklyn Center which killed two people. Judge Lloyd Zimmerman ordered a pre-sentence investigation and chemical dependency evaluation and set Vue’s sentencing for October 14th at 11:00 a.m. in Hennepin County. The Dakota County Attorney’s Office is handling the case on a conflict basis. |
