Three Charged in Burnsville Fatal Hit and Run
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that his office filed criminal charges* today against Martina Narvaez, age 36 of Owatonna, Armando Velasquez, age 19 of Faribault, and Francisco Javiar Velasquez, age 18 of Faribault, in connection with a fatal hit and run on April 5, 2008 in Burnsville, resulting in the death of Carlos Eduardo Noriega, age 32 of Prior Lake.
