Man Pleads Guilty and is Sentenced in 2010 Hastings Chase and Law Enforcement Shooting
| Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Roman Tokarev, age 28, pled guilty today to felony offenses of Assault in the Second Degree, Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 120 months in prison by Judge Thomas Bibus in connection with a police chase that ended in Hastings on December 2, 2009.
