Burnsville Boy Scout Leader Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct
| [October 21, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Peter Robert Stibal, II, age 44 of Burnsville, has been charged* with multiple counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct relating to the sexual molestation of three children. The charges allege that the sexual molestation occurred while Stibal was a leader of Boy Scout Troop #650 in Burnsville in which the victims were participating. |
