Eagan Man Charged With Embezzling Funds from Employer
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Michael Ray Sauve, age 42 of Eagan, has been charged* with six counts of Theft by Swindle in connection with stealing funds from his Burnsville employer in the amount of $167,000 over a period of time from 2003 through March 2008. Sauve was arrested and charged last week and will make his next court appearance on these charges on July 21, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. See the attached news release for more information.
