West St. Paul Man Charged in Bank Robbery
| [June 2, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Lewis Ross, age 37 of West St. Paul, has been charged with Aggravated Robbery in the Second Degree in connection with the robbery of a TCF bank in West St. Paul on the morning of May 31, 2011. It is alleged that Ross presented a demand note to the teller and implied that he had a firearm, although none was ever seen. The suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money. Police were able to identify and arrest the suspect a short time later. |
