Grand Jury Declines Indictment Against Steele County Sheriff in Second Review
| Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that the Steele County Grand Jury has declined to indict Gary Allan Ringhofer, age 57 of Owatonna, Minnesota, in connection with an investigation concerning alleged criminal sexual misconduct stemming from an incident that took place in July of 2004 at his residence in Owatonna. Ringhofer is currently the Steele County Sheriff. See the attached news release for more information. |
