Lakeville Man Charged with Murder
| Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Charlie Otto Reynolds, age 31 of Lakeville, has been charged with two counts of murder (Murder in the Second Degree with intent to kill and Murder in the Second Degree without intent to kill while committing a felony) in connection with the beating death of Joshua Jay Skare, age 33 of Apple Valley, which occurred on March 16th in Lakeville.
