Eagan Man Acquitted of Murder in Burnsville Fatal Stabbing
| [November 5, 2009] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Taylor James Pass, age 19 of Eagan, was acquitted of Murder in the Second Degree (with intent to kill) and Murder in the Second Degree (while committing a felony) by a Dakota County jury in connection with a stabbing attack that claimed the life of Tina Nicole SanRoman, age 35 of Burnsville. |
