Indictment Returned in Lakeville Death of Infant
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Tina Louise Miller-Steiner, age 45 of Lakeville, has been indicted by the Dakota County Grand Jury and charged* with two counts of Manslaughter in the Second Degree (one involving neglect of a child and one involving endangerment of a child), both felonies.
