Law Professor Convicted of Failure to File Tax Returns
| [February 8, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Robin Kimberly Magee, age 48 of St. Paul, was convicted today by a Ramsey County Jury of four counts of Failure to File a Tax Return (all gross misdemeanors) pertaining to her failure to file tax returns from 2004-2007. Backstrom said his Office is handling this matter on a conflict basis for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. The jury deliberated for approximately one hour. |
