Man Sentenced for Harassment of Child at an Elementary School in Apple Valley
| [August 8, 2008] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Brian Wayne Lowe, age 31, was sentenced today to 75 months in prison by Judge Michael Mayer in connection with his actions near an elementary school in Apple Valley on April 12, 2007. The judge also ordered Lowe to pay restitution to the victims, to have no contact with children under age 18, and to register as a predatory offender. Lowe pleaded guilty to six counts of harassment in December 2007. |
