High School Teacher/Coach Charged With Criminal Sexual Conduct With Student
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Melissa Diana Koehn, age 30 from Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been charged* with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree in connection with sexual contact with a 17-year-old female.  These charges allege that Koehn was in a position of authority or had a significant relationship with the victim at the time of the sexual conduct.  For more information, see the attached news release.
