Man Charged in Assault at Burnsville Basketball Game
[March 12, 2010]  Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Robin Johnson, age 48 of Minneapolis, has been charged* with one count of Assault in the First Degree and one count of Assault in the Third Degree, both felonies, and one count each of Interfering with a 911 Call (a gross misdemeanor) and Disorderly Conduct (a misdemeanor) in connection with an assault on a director of the Burnsville Athletic Association’s basketball program and a parent at a youth basketball game in Burnsville on February 13, 2010. Johnson was originally arrested, but was released pending the completion of the investigation into the assault. Johnson has been re-arrested and will make his first court appearance on these charges this morning.
