Update on case Involving Hastings Youth Charged in School Lockdown Incident
[June 18, 2010]  Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced today some new developments in the case involving a 14-year-old boy* from Hastings who was previously petitioned* in juvenile court in connection with a Hastings Middle School lockdown incident last April. The boy has been charged** with three counts of Assault in the Second Degree, one count of Terroristic Threats and one count of Criminal Damage to Property (all felonies).
