Lakeville Woman Charged with Criminal Vehicular Homicide
| [December 20, 2010] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Julie Ann Fischer, age 49 of Lakeville, has been charged* with one count each of Criminal Vehicular Homicide and Criminal Vehicular Operation in connection with a deadly crash that occurred in the early morning hours on Friday, December 17 on Highway 35E in Mendota Heights which killed Tijuan Moore, age 50 of St. Paul, and injured a 26-year-old female also from St. Paul. |
