Last Co-Defendant is Sentenced for Robbery of Hastings Hotel
| [May 10, 2011] Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Michael Dziubak, age 21 of St. Paul, was sentenced today to 50 months in prison in connection with the armed robbery of the AmericInn Hotel in Hastings January 20, 2011. Dziubak pled guilty in March to one count of Aggravated Robbery in the First Degree (Aid & Abet). Judge Kathryn Messerich also ordered restitution in an amount to be determined. |
