Children's Water Festival The Metro Area Children’s Water Festival is open to all metro area fifth grade classes. The festival raises the participant's understanding of water in everyday life. The one-day festival is held each September at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. A limited number of classrooms may participate in the

The Recycling Zone Tours
Dakota County provides free tours of The Recycling Zone to Dakota County residents, educational organizations and other community groups based in Dakota County.
