WORKFORCE SERVICES The Dakota-Scott Counties Workforce Service Area (WSA) delivers employment and training services to unemployed, underemployed and economically disadvantaged youth and adults who are residents of Dakota and Scott Counties. These services are provided through the Dakota-Scott Counties Workforce Centers and are provided oversight by the Dakota-Scott Counties Workforce Investment Board and the Dakota County Board of Commissioners. Program eligibility, based on family income or employment status, is required for some programs.
