Public Notice: Classification of Tax-Forfeited Property
The Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on April 5, 2011 at 9 a.m. in the Board Room, Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota, to receive comments on the classification of 2010 tax-forfeited property as conservation or non-conservation land.
Interested agencies, groups or persons attending the public hearing may provide written or oral comments. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be addressed to Property Taxation and Records, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings, Minnesota 55033.
