A safe bet
Meet with deputies and talk about public safety issues in your neighborhood at special meetings held by the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office at rural locations across the County.
You can address concerns about public safety or just meet and greet deputies to learn more about the department.
In addition, meetings will focus on different topics—like hunting/fishing laws and regulations, snowmobile/ATV laws and regulations, crime prevention, narcotics, car seat safety, and safe driving/teen driving rules—so you can be better informed on important public safety issues.
To schedule a meeting or give a topic suggestion, contact Sergeant Jim Gabriel by email at james.gabriel@co.dakota.mn.us or by phone at 651-438-4700.
Next Meeting: Date: Nov. 11, 2010 Time: 7:30 p.m. Location: Empire Town Hall Topic: Snowmobile Laws & Crime Prevention
