Public Comment: Heading Home Dakota
Dakota County and the Affordable Housing Coalition invite public comment on the Heading Home Dakota Plan and Implementation Guide, two documents that form the core of a stakeholder-developed vision for ending homelessness in Dakota County. Dakota County joins counties across the state that have developed Heading Home plans as a way to organize community efforts around this objective.
The Plan is intended to provide strategic direction and is being prepared for presentation to the Board of Commissioners. The Implementation Guide is a "living" document that will evolve and change throughout the implementation of the Plan, as circumstances change or new opportunities present themselves.
Comments are welcomed on these documents through January 23, 2012, and may be directed by email to Mary Jackson, Senior Planner, Dakota County Office of Planning and Analysis.
